Have a specific watch design in mind? Fill out the request form with as much detail as possible, including your preferred dial, bezel, case, bracelet, colors, and any other features you'd like incorporated into your build.

A member of our team will review your request and reach out to discuss your design, answer any questions, and help bring your vision to life.

Once we've finalized the details, we'll provide a price estimate, an expected completion timeline, and a rendered image showing what your custom watch will look like before any parts are ordered.

Once the design is approved, full payment is required before parts are sourced and ordered.

Most custom builds require approximately 2-3 weeks for parts to arrive, followed by a few additional days for assembly, testing, and shipment.

Please note that all custom watch orders are final. Because parts are ordered specifically for your build, custom pieces are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund once payment has been received.

All custom watches are still covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty, which protects against defects in materials, workmanship, and functional operation. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or modifications made after delivery.
