Order Processing

Every PB Timepiece watch is individually assembled and tested before shipment. Because each piece is built to order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your order ships.

In rare cases, replacement parts or quality-control issues may extend processing times. Customers will be notified if additional time is required.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Domestic Shipping

Most domestic orders are delivered within 3-7 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and may take 1-4 weeks depending on local customs processing and carrier delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country. PB Timepiece is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

PB Timepiece is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. PB Timepiece is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

Shipping Delays

Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and may be affected by weather, holidays, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping delays do not qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
