Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
Starting a Return
All return requests must be submitted through our Return Request Form.
Once your request has been reviewed, a member of our team will contact you with the next steps and, if approved, provide return shipping instructions and the appropriate return address.
Do not send an item back without receiving return authorization and shipping instructions from PB Timepiece. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items
If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please do not submit a standard return request. Visit our Warranty page and submit a claim with your order information and photos or videos showing the issue.
Our team will review your claim and contact you with the next steps.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Watch Condition Requirements
Returned watches must include all original packaging, accessories, bracelet links, and other included materials.
Watches that show signs of wear, scratches, damage, modification, alteration, or other changes from their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
Custom & Non-Returnable Items
Custom-built, personalized, and special-order watches are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different watch, submit a return request for your original purchase. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, subject to applicable law.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, and include their original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
